What should I include in my enquiry?

Roughly what needs clearing, how much of it there is, and anything about access we should know, such as stairs, no driveway or a narrow back alley. A photo taken on your phone tells us more than a paragraph and makes the quote more accurate.

How quickly will you reply?

Enquiries are answered during opening hours, Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm. Anything sent in the evening or at a weekend is picked up on the next working day.

Does a quote commit me to anything?

No. A quote is a price for the job so you can decide, and there is no obligation to go ahead. If you would rather use the council bulky collection because it works out cheaper for your particular job, we will tell you so.

Can I visit your address?

Our address is an office address rather than a public waste site, so it is not somewhere to bring waste. Collections happen at your property. For anything you want to take yourself, your local household waste recycling centre is the place.
